Delivery and returns

The majority of items in our collection are made to order. Please allow up to 5 weeks for your custom-made orders to ship. If the design you wish to order is available in our stock in the right size, the regular processing time of your order is 7 workdays (shipping time excluded) after receipt of payment

We will inform you via email about the availability and delivery time of the jewellery of your choice after receiving your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number as soon as we send your 202 EDITIONS jewellery on it’s way to you.

If you prefer an express service, please contact our office by sending an email to If the requested item is in stock, we will do our best to arrange an express service for you. We will inform you about the extra costs and you will be requested to pay for them upfront. We will not be accountable for any delay in delivery times.


We ship to all EU member states. For standard orders, we ship with UPS or DHL Go Green, using secure, nondescript packaging material. Shipping times may vary.

Shipping costs are not included and may vary according to delivery method chosen and destination. The shipping costs will be displayed and added to your order at checkout.


We hope you love your 202 EDITIONS jewellery. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your goods, unworn and undamaged items you want to return for a refund or an exchange will be accepted within 14 days of delivery.

In the case of return or exchange of a product, please get in touch via in order to organize the return of your piece of jewellery and the refund. Please make sure to state your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. Once you have received a confirmation from us, please send the package to: 202 EDITIONS, Franklinstraße 53, 40479 Düsseldorf.

Make sure the shipment is marked and declared as a return to avoid delays in customs.

  • The jewellery piece must be returned in perfect state, not worn, damaged or soiled.
  • The jewellery piece must be returned in its box and original packaging.
  • No refund will be granted before we receive and control the jewellery piece.
  • All returns have to be communicated to us in advance and are to be shipped at the customer’s expense.
